Account Deletion Policy
1. Introduction
This Account Deletion Policy outlines the process and conditions under which a user may delete their account with Jugando Juntos. We are committed to providing our users with control over their personal information and the freedom to choose to discontinue their use of our services at any time.
2. User Initiated Account Deletion
• 2.1 Requesting Account Deletion: Users wishing to delete their account must navigate to the 'Settings' section and your profile section within the app and click the 'Delete Account' button.
• 2.2 Confirmation of Request: Upon selecting 'Delete Account', users will be asked to confirm their choice as this action is irreversible.
• 2.3 Account Deletion Process: Once confirmed, the account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
3. Refunds and Balances
• 3.1 In-App Purchases: Users are not entitled to refunds for any in-app purchases made prior to account deletion.
• 3.2 Remaining Balances: Any virtual currency or in-game items remaining in the account at the time of deletion will be forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded.
4. Re-Registration
• 4.1 New Account Creation: Users who have deleted their account may choose to create a new account at any time. However, they will not be able to recover any data from their previously deleted account.
